PTA SURFACING

We weld surfaces the parts of armatures (bodies, seats, spheres, wedge panel), mouth glass mold, brick snails, parts for energetics and others.
We make parts using PTA methode by 3D technologie, we make various surfaces of mining, bulding parts and also in other branches of industry.

MIG / MAG/TIG WELDING AND WELD SURFACING

We make various surfaces of mining, bulding parts and also in other branches of industry by methode MIG/MAG. We use our positioner with load capacity up to 3000kg.

HEAT TREATMENT

Odporové s grafickým záznamem průběhu TZ. S max. rozměrem dílu  1500x1400x1250 mm. Následně po navařování a svařování je možno provést TZ, popř. certifikovanou kontrolou vizuální a PT.

Basic information KSK, s.r.o.


KSK s.r.o. was established in 1991 as a private Czech company specialised in custom-made construction and production of special and single-purpose machines and devices. Its aim is to meet the complete range of our customers’ needs from the selection or development of suitable technology to the construction and production of a machine. Training of servicing staff, technical support and service throughout the machine life-time are a matter of course. KSK s.r.o. is also involved in other business activities, for instance the sale of auxiliary materials for welding, mechanical water filters, etc.
