TESTING LABORATORIES

The KSK Česká Třebová produces the machines for the pressure tests of industrial armatures, containers, exchangers, radiators, plumbing parts, castings, etc. These machines are constructed as unit build-in machines and their individual components can be combined and adjusted to the customer’s requirements. The most used testing mediums for the pressure tests are water and air. In special cases, a testing laboratory working even with other liquids or gases can be designed.

TESTING BENCHES

Testing benches serve for clamping of tested armature and intake of testing medium. The clamps are mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic. Mechanical clamping is usually chosen for the less frequent tests, mostly of the armatures with greater inner diameter. Pneumatic or hydraulic clamping is suitable for testing of larger series. Testing benches for tests with a liquid are equipped with collecting container which can keep the eventual leakage of a medium.

ZSU 300

Testing bench ZS 300 is combined for testing the armatures of DN65-300 and small flange armatures of DN 10-65. The testing bench is made for the pressure tests of body strength and tightness of flanged armatures closing. Clamping is hydraulic. Visual evaluation.

ZS 240

Testing bench ZS 240 serves for pressure tests of body strength and tightness of the armatures closing with welded-on endings. The clamping is manual and hydraulic. Visual evaluation.

ZHS 150

The testing bench is made for pressure tests of body strength and tightness of flanged armatures closing. The clamping is pneumatic-hydraulic multiplying gear. Visual evaluation.

ZSP 50

ZS 5

The testing bench is made for pre-testing of castings. The clamping is pneumatic or mechanical. Visual evaluation.

VZ 40 T

The testing bench serves for pre-testing of weldments on the air-tightness. Tested weldment is filled by pressured air and by means of motorically driven platform is immersed into a tank with water. During this step the platform can be motorically tilted. Evaluation is visual, by the bubbles leaking. The bench is equipped with a storage overflow tank, filtration and re-pumping pump.

PRESSURE SOURCES

As pressure sources of testing liquids for the testing benches the multiplicators of series ZM are used. They are solved as unit built-ins for the different output pressures. The gearing is made by the pressured air. More benches can be connected to one multiplicator. The multiplicators are delivered with the magazines of testing water. The magazine volume is chosen according to the size and number of used testing benches. Its construction is in accordance to the concrete demands. The pumps as the parts of the magazine serve for the filling of the testing area and re-pumping from the bench collection tank back to the magazine and also the filters as the parts of the magazine serve to remove the impurities form the testing medium.
